Your information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use Supabase (a secure cloud database platform) for data storage, protected by:

  • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies
  • Access restricted to authenticated admin users only

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We currently do not use invasive tracking. If we introduce Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in the future, this policy will be updated.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Client project data is typically retained for 5 years for legal and tax purposes. Job application data is retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Because we serve international clients, your information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside South Africa. We ensure that any international transfer complies with POPIA and GDPR requirements.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
